All qualified applicants will be considered for participation without regard to these factors.

To be eligible to participate in Seasoned Hearts Foundation programs and events, students must meet the following criteria:

Be at least 12 years old and under the age of 19 at the time of participation.

Demonstrate the ability to function independently during programs and events, including the ability to communicate effectively with staff, volunteers, and peers.

Agree to follow our Code of Conduct and treat all staff, volunteers, and fellow participants with respect at all times.

Refrain from any behavior that endangers the safety, well-being, or harmony of our programs, staff, or other students.

Understand that participation is a privilege, and inappropriate behavior—by the student or their parent/guardian—may result in temporary or permanent removal from programs or events.

The Seasoned Hearts Foundation reserves the right to revise these eligibility requirements at any time. Updates will be made publicly available on our website.
