How to Sign-up for Pick-up
Click the orange “Bus Sign-Up” button to complete registration. Fill out and submit the registration form to select your school and pick-up time. Bus services are provided on a weekly basis.
Parents of students who are signed up for bus pick-up will receive a text message at the beginning of their scheduled week to confirm participation.
Please note: A minimum of 48 hours advance sign-up is mandatory due to school safety communication protocols. Students must have “Permission to Transport” selected in their student portal account in order to ride the bus. -
How to Cancel Pick-up
Once you have signed up online, your sign-up can only be altered by calling (312)436-1752 or responding to the weekly confirmation text message. Please be courteous to other student riders and give us a 24 hour advance notice if you have to cancel your ridership.

Important Bus Information
- Advanced bus sign-ups are required before students can take the Seasoned Hearts bus from school to The Seasoned Hearts Foundation.
- Parents/Guardians must pick up their teen from The Seasoned Hearts Foundation Center at the end of their program.
- If your student’s school is not in session or if there is a snow day, bus pick-up will NOT occur.
- The Seasoned Hearts Foundation Center will be closed to students during the week of December 20, 2025 through January 5,2026 for Holiday Break Week. No bus pick-up will take place during that week.
If your student will not be on the bus on their scheduled pick-up day, Parents/Guardians must contact us in advance by calling (312)436-1752 or replying to the confirmation text message

How do I add my student's school to the Seasoned Hearts Foundation Center bus pick-up list?
If we have the volunteer drivers available, we would love to expand weekly pick-up to more local schools. Again, this depends heavily on the support of our volunteer bus drivers. We encourage parents to contact their teen’s school administrators to request a partnership with Seasoned Hearts Foundation after school bus program. When school administrators reach out to us requesting bus pick-up, it makes it easier to establish the relationship.

Can my teen attend Seasoned Hearts programs on their pick-up day?
Absolutely! Students need to be signed up in advance. However, all students that take the afterschool bus will be automatically enrolled in the "Chill & Build" program for that day.

How do I become a Volunteer Bus Driver?
Complete a volunteer form and send an email to SeasonedHeartsFoundation@yahoo.com We are seeking a driver to expand this service to more local schools. A CDL or special certificate is NOT required to drive our bus.
Student Bus Pick-Up Authorization Form
NOTE: Membership rates for student pick-up service are charged weekly and must be paid prior to the week of service, regardless of how many school days the service is used. This ensures proper staffing and transportation planning.
